I want to share something with you. In the last couple of years, I lost my sexy and I didn’t know where she went. I would look in the mirror and didn’t recognize me anymore. I started hiding a little at a time, not showing up, not speaking up, not being myself.
That’s what we do right? We start thinking we are less than up to par, and slowly we start feeling that way, and before we know it years have passed by and we don’t know what happened.
I know what that’s like and how it can impact you. It’s a dark rabbit hole to go down and sometimes it takes years to get out.
