Retreat Cancellation Policy: The $500 deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel at least 60 days prior to the retreat start date, we will provide a 100% refund minus the $500 USD non-refundable deposit. If you need to cancel 30 days prior to the retreat start date, we will provide a 50% refund minus the $500 USD non-refundable deposit. In case you need to cancel with less than 30 days notice prior to the retreat start date there is no refund. The $500 deposit can be transferred as a credit to any future retreat within 1 year from the date the deposit was received, subject to availability. In the unlikely event of us cancelling the retreat, we will provide a full refund including the deposit.
